How do I sign up to become a Camp Affiliate?
Go to https://www.stuckonyou.ca/affiliate/camp/register and enter the details of your Camp. Once submitted and approved, your camp will become active to start earning commission.
What do we earn for our Camp?
All sales of regular priced items earn 20% commission▵
Can we only promote our camp affiliate code and URL for a limited period?
No, you can encourage your campers to order through your page all year round! You can create reasons for your campers and families to order through you for Christmas, back to school, Easter to keep your commission payments coming in year long.
Can all products on the website earn commission?
Yes! You are not limited only to products within the Camp category on our website. All products across the Stuck on You range earn commission. That includes our labels, bags, drink bottles and lunch boxes, gifts and more, as well as our seasonal ranges (Christmas, Easter, Back to School etc).
How do we receive commissions?
When your camp reaches the minimom threshold of $50, you can request a payout via the account dashboard. Commission is paid as a Bank Transfer or via PayPal to an approved account for your camp. Requests must be made by the fundraiser and will be paid 2 weeks after the month following the request.
If a customer doesn’t use our code, can you add the commission in later?
No, unfortunately commission cannot be added retrospectively to a fundraiser once the transaction has been made. That’s why it is vital that you include your Camp Affiliate code and web address (URL) in all communications.
If we don’t have enough money for a payout, what happens?
The Camp Affiliate relationship is designed to be ongoing, we suggest you keep actively promoting your Camp Affiliate page and code to earn more commission. If you do want to end the Camp Affiliate relationship and the commission amount is under the threshold for payout, we can offer you a Stuck On You gift voucher(s) to the value of that final commission amount.
What is the affiliate code and how does it work?
A code is generated from your camp name. It can be the camp name, or the initials of your camp. It will be all in capitals with no spaces in between.
What is the Camp Affiliate web address (Store URL) and how does it work?
The camp affiliate web address (eg: https://www.stuckonyou.ca/affiliate/camp/HAPPYCAMPERS) gives families a link to your camp’s Stuck on You page. It uses the Stuck On You website and indicates you are raising funds for your camp. You would copy and paste this link on all communications with families and campers. It will automatically add your Camp Affiliate Code in the Fundraising Code box at the checkout.
What marketing materials do you provide?
We provide a range of digital files in your fundraising toolbox for use in the promotion of your fundraiser. These files include posters, flyers, social media images and more!
Can we get order forms and catalogues to hand out?
Due to the large selection of designs, colors, fonts and styles available across our website, we don’t offer an order form or catalog. Our products are designed to be personalized, so we find each customer will select what they prefer best by using our website to place their order.
What happens if I forget the login?
Contact us here at email@example.com and we can re-set your password.
How do we close an account?
Accounts can be closed by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any commissions over $50 can be paid out to an approved account; if under $50 gift vouchers will be issued to the value of the commission balance
